Antonio Preziosi is a 47th years old journalist, writer and expert of communication. He was the Director of Giornale Radio Rai from 2009 to 2014 and Radio 1. He also was the Director of Gr Parlamento. He was specialist reporter for fifteen years of Giornale Radio and he followed Italian Prime Ministers through the most important national and international events. Nominated board member of Audioradio, he is now consultor of Pontifical Committee of Social Communication and board member of CTV.

Graduated with honoursand a thesis about human rights, he performed his master in School of Radio and Television Journalism in Perugia. He wrote many books and essays, for instance L’informazione giornalistica nell’età tecnologica (2001), Comunicare la Professione (2004) and the journalistic definitions of the Dictionary of Social Communications (2002). His last book is Radiocronaca di unacrisi(2013) and it is about the radio contribution in explaining to Italians the effects of the economic crisis.

In 2010, he won the Amalfi Prize of Journalism in Radio category.

The Prime Minister Giorgio Napolitano nominated him Republic Commendatore in 2013.
