Gianluca graduated in Economics and Marketing (magna cum laude) at the “La Sapienza” University in Rome in 1988.

In 1991 he became an official business consultant and since 1995 he subscribed – since its very first creation - in the Register of Certified Auditors.

He is Equity Partner and Managing Director for Italy of the TMF Multinational Advisory Group, he is one of the 5 International Consulters of the Prefecture of Economic Affairs for the Holy Seats, especially regarding problems related to the management of Ecclesiastical Institutions and active member of the Assistance Commission of Caritas Internationalis.

Gianluca is also providing consultings in administrative, corporate and tax in favor of important national and international business groups and is approved expert at the Criminal and Civil Court of Rome.

He is non-executive and independent counselor member in several important societies and multinational groups.
