Since 1987 he works as counselor both in national and international companies on strategic communication, innovation, group dynamics, functional development of leadership, creativity, multi-level pastoral subjects, evolutionary psychology, education and pedagogy.

He designed and managed training and counseling experiences for more than 50 Italian dioceses and more than 150 religious congregations.

He is specialized in innovation and human resources management, he run training experiences in more than 100 companies and cooperatives.

Since September 2003, Giulio is coordinator of the “Creative Learning Method” project, financed by European Union, for the development and the experimentation of a new training experience.

Between 2002 and 2008 he was professor in the MsC in Pedagogical Design at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan, Italy) and since 2006 at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Piacenza. He worked for 4 other Italian universities and for the Spanish Centro de Enseñanza Superior en Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación “Don Bosco” in Madrid.

Since 2009 Giulio is founder and director of the Istituto Europeo delle Creatività (IECR).

He authored 13 books for educators, animators, catechists, parents and teachers about activities and problems of the educational, pastoral and catechetic areas.
