In 1992 Massimo Cimino graduated in Economics at the II Università degli studi di Roma “Tor Vergata”, dicussing the tesi in Technical and Professional Banking: “The banking marketing mix: the policy of place”.

In 1993 he became an official business consultant and since 1999 he subscribed in the Register of Certified Auditors.

In 2006 Massimo Received the MsC in “Corporate Tax Law” and in 2007 the MsC in “VAT and custom clearance”.

He is Assistant in “Commercial law agribusiness” at the Università San Raffaele in Roma and member of the examination committee.

He is expert in reporting, budget editing, business plan, budget analysis and in tax and corporate law, with particular regard to the extraordinary financial transactions (payments, sale of companies, transfers, mergers and spin-offs, etc.) and company valuation.
