Vanni is Operation Director of Unioncoop S.c.r.l. in Reggio Emilia. He is responsible for the organization of services for enterprises, attending their development, innovation and promotion. He was responsible for the job-salary service and of the job union service, managing directly important supplementary, corporate or territorial agreements.

Vanni is responsible for staff of Confcooperative and other related service agencies.

He was one of the promoters of Federsolidarietà and Confcooperative Nazionale, for the comparison and negotiation of the recent renewal of CCNL of social cooperation.

Until 2001 Vanni administered the Human Resources office of McDonald’s Development. He was responsible of employees management for more than 500 restaurants in his area, in particular about evaluation, salary policies, careers.

He coordinated H.R. offices of the Region in Milan, Modena and Reggio Emilia.

During his professional experience, Vanni was executive assistant of CISL (a major Italian workers union) in Reggio Emilia, responsible for labor market, contract policies, industrial polices, legal and labor dispute, internal organization.

He has several appointments as member of the board of directors and similar offices in bilateral structures or training institutions participated by Confcooperative at a national level.

Vanni was officer of the Corporate Relation Area and Contractual Assistance for the enterprises of the Associazione Industriali in Bologna.

He graduated in Jurisprudence and he is member of the Ordine dei Consulenti del Lavoro (Order of Labor Consultants).

Vanni is trainer at Irecoop about human resources and presented several training courses and specialization masters about management of social cooperative enterprises.
